Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in Philippines, Canada, US, EU, Russia & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. International shipping can take anywhere between 7-30 business days depending on the availability and the day of the week you order. We will do all we can to ensure your products arrive at your doorstep in a timely manner! 

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take usually between 1-7 business days until you receive your tracking number by email. You can track your order as follows:
    - Go to 'Track Order' page
    - Enter your order number
    - Press 'Track' to process

Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. You can place an order from any country, we ship worldwide for free with no minimum purchased.

Q. Where is you company located?

A. We have our main office located in Philippines. Supply warehouses are located in Philippines, Canada, EU, US, Russia and China. 

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We processes all orders in USD (United States Dollar). While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. An order confirmation with order summary will be sent to you through email right after you have placed your order. If you checked the Messenger Box when adding your product to your cart, you'll receive your Order Notifications through Messenger as well.

A: If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately we will make it right through either refund, store credit or replacement (please refer to our Return Policy).

If you order the wrong size or style please contact us and we will be happy to help you exchange it for the right item.

You are also welcome to return an item that you just don't like.

We will process the store credit or refund once we receive the tracking number for the return.

A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.

A. For local transactions, there is no customs duties. For most countries, you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece.
