- We accept returns within 30 days.
- All products must be returned with original packaging intact and in original condition.
- If you exchange for a different product additional shipping fee may be applied.
- If you return the item, a refund or store credit excluding the original shipping fee will be issued.
- The return or exchange shipment must have a tracking number as proof. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
- To process a return or exchange please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, for your return/exchange requests.

For TRINTEC Products
Trintec products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal service for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to glass or damage resulting from accidents, alterations or misuse.
If you are having an issue with your product once the warranty has expired, we offer 6" Clock and Thermometer repair kits for $20.00 USD + Free Shipping. You can find them HERE.
If you would like us to repair if for you, you would need ship it back to us and we will repair it for $20 USD and ship it back to you free of charge.

Return the product with proof of purchase to the dealer from which it was purchased for replacement.

Returns should be sent by surface mail only.
Items must be clearly marked:
"Defective Merchandise Returned to Manufacturer"
Declared value = zero $.
Trintec won’t accept returns that require payment of C.O.D. charges, freight charges, brokerage fees, taxes or duties.
